Join us for an evening focused on supporting the caregivers who spend so much time supporting children and youth with special health care needs.

Lakeland Family Resource Center & Children’s Resource Center – West (CRC-West) invites caregivers of children and youth with special health care needs to attend the Caring For You workshop, designed to provide space for connection, reflection, and self-care alongside others who understand the unique experiences of caregiving.

This workshop is facilitated by The EPIC Company and will be hosted in partnership with Lakeland Family Resource Center.
