Lakeland Family Resource Center invites caregivers of children and youth with special health care needs to attend the Caring For You workshop, designed to provide space for connection, reflection, and self-care alongside others who understand the unique experiences of caregiving.

This workshop is facilitated and hosted by Lakeland Family Resource Center.
